New Zealand & Australia shipping 

All orders are processed Monday - Friday only. (excludes Public Holidays). Please note that during seasonal sale and promotional periods, orders may take an additional 5-7 business days to arrive

 

New Zealand 

 

Standard shipping takes 3-7 working days. Please reach out to our customer service team if you require your order sooner.

  • Free NZ shipping for orders over $80NZD.

  • A flat rate of $7.99 applies to orders under $80NZD.

 

Australia

Free shipping to Australia on orders over $150NZD. Shipping to Australia may take up to 10-14 days due to international delivery delays beyond our control

Returns

We totally get it, sometimes things just aren’t quite right! We want our customers to be satisfied with their order and encourage customers to enquire with us for any questions ahead of purchasing - so we can help you! 

 

If you are not happy with your order, please contact our customer service team within five days of receiving your order to request a return.

 

You will need to include all the information below: 

  • Full name

  • Reason for return

  • Products must have all tags on items to be eligible for return 

  • Returns must be shipped back within 7 days using a tracked shipping method

  • All return costs are the customers responsibility 

 

Once your item has arrived back to us it will be assessed and once accepted, your exchange, store credit or refund will be processed within 48hrs.

 

NOTE. We do not do returns on any worn items. We don't do any returns on sale items or final sales. 
 

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping will not be refunded on orders. You will be responsible to return the item/s back to the Lana Leigh team and provide proof of postage, should the item not be received by our team. 

 

As we believe our products are waterproof, we can’t always guarantee that spas, pools and water contained areas won’t react with the metal as certain chemicals can be known to cause discoloration. We ask that all customers are cautious of water-contained areas that may affect the life of their jewellery pieces, as this is not something we can guarantee. 
 

FAULTY ITEMS

 

Please note we take the utmost care in packaging and quality checking all items before they are sent out. In the unfortunate event a fault is found or your order is damaged in transit please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of arrival. 

 

Refunds are processed using the same payment method you used during checkout and may take up to 7 business days to clear. This time period may vary for each bank.
